Barry & Iris || We always find each other (3x01-3x02)

And we always find each other.” Best viewed in HD 720p + earphones. ___________________________________________________ If I’m going to be honest I really don’t like this video, but I figured I should upload it anyway. I mostly worked on it little bits each night as I was literally falling asleep, so maybe that’s part of the reason why it didn’t turn out the way I wanted lol Now about 3x02…I thought the episode itself was pretty decent, but I don’t like where they ended up going with all the time travel stuff and the fact that we’re on a different timeline now, where we really have no way of knowing exactly what of S1-2 happened as we know it or is completely different (for one, Iris and Joe were not speaking for the majority of S2?! That definitely erases some scenes :/). I’m not even going to get into all the giant gaping plot holes they created, but the “I don’t think you even tried at all” star comes to mind lol. There were a couple of things that came out of that episode that I liked though: 1) A kiss that Iris FINALLY remembers! Plus all around just some great WA moments. 2) NO MORE TIME TRAVEL!!! (at least not from Barry doing it on purpose). I actually really enjoy time travels plots when they’re well thought-out and intriguing, but time travel on The Flash just never falls into that “well-thought-out” category, so I can definitely do without it. 3) The whole Barry/Jay conversation - this actually kind of hit me on a personal level, and I really liked this part: “That is the paradox of time travel, and also the paradox of life. I mean, if I only knew then what I know now. […] Are you just gonna take a do-over every time you make a mistake? Or will you live with them and move forward?” Something Barry is learning probably a season too late, but still it was one of my favorite parts of the episode. 4) The little KillerVibe moments and…Killer Frost! (assuming they don’t ruin it) Other than that I’m pretty disappointed with where they decided to go with things, as I was afraid I would be at the end of S2. But on the bright side, we should have lots of WA goodness coming! Oh and RIP Baby Sara :’( Sidenote: I’ve decided to take a break from vidding for a while, I’ll say more in a separate video.
