When he hears that Arzu fired them, he gets angry. He tells them to stay but Arzu interferes. The girls say they already want to leave. Zeynep is still mad at her husband Selim because Selim didn’t show up the night they were supposed to go to dinner together. They squabble about the night when Selim helped Sitare instead of taking Zeynep to dinner. Inci hears it all. She talks with Elif about it. They want to make Zeynep and Selim a surprise to cheer them up. Gonca hands Asuman a document. It is a guarantee for Asuman. When Erkut signs it, this means that after the divorce, Erkut will not be able to fire her. Elif takes Selim and Inci takes Zeynep to the garden under the gazebo full of balloons and everything. This is the first time the reality strikes Yusuf out loud. Cevahir hears it all and states that Arzu is not doing the right thing. Arzu accuses him for being a coward. She really drills a nerve and Cevahir feels terrible as Arzu speaks. He storms out furiously.
