[The Ultimate Soy Milk Hot Pot] Please give it a try! ★Today's recipe is here↓ -- [The Ultimate Soy Milk Hot Pot] (Serves 3-4) Mizuna 200g Chinese cabbage 250g Firm tofu 300g Mushrooms of your choice 200g (This time, we used shiitake and maitake mushrooms) Meat of your choice 450g (This time, we used 300g chicken thighs and 150g pork belly) 1/2 carrot (about 70g) Water 300cc Mirin 3 tablespoons Sake 1 tablespoon Dried bonito powder 4g White dashi 3 tablespoons Miso 3 tablespoons Soy milk 400cc Ground sesame seeds 3 tablespoons Sesame oil 1 tablespoon *Two pinches of salt (optional) ★Add chili oil or yuzu pepper to change the flavor The Ultimate Soy Milk Hot Pot Put 200g mizuna (miso mustard greens), 250g Chinese cabbage, 300g firm tofu, 200g mushrooms of your choice, 450g meat of your choice, and 70g half a carrot in a pot. Add 300cc water, 3 tablespoons mirin, 1 tablespoon sake, 4g bonito powder, and 3 tablespoons white dashi stock. Bring to a boil and cook the ingredients.
