GTA IV Pursuit #2: Bus Chase

Officer Eric Jacobs had just finished with a traffic stop when he saw a bus ramming a vehicle up ahead, so he rushed to it and pulled it over, when he asked the driver for his ID, it came back invalid, so Officer Jacobs asked the driver to step out. That's when the driver floored it and the pursuit was on. Officer Jacobs then made the decision to shoot and kill the driver, because he believed that the driver was putting the officers life in harm's way. Note: I KNOW THE VIDEO IS LAGGY AT TIMES, DON"T BLAME ME, BLAME FRAPS. IT LOWERS THE FRAMERATE A LOT.
