For today's episode were in McCordsville, Kentucky at Trax BBQ for their "Half Sheet" Carolina-Style BBQ Challenge! Trax BBQ is a very popular smokehouse known for its Carolina-style BBQ, slow-smoked meats, homemade sides, and wide variety of house-made sauces. Located in a rustic warehouse-style building across the railroad tracks, the restaurant offers a laid-back atmosphere with counter service and a casual small-town vibe. Their menu features favorites like brisket, pulled pork, smoked chicken, hand-stuffed sausages, creamy mac and cheese, and loaded BBQ creations that have made them a popular stop for both locals and traveling foodies. The “Half Sheet” BBQ Platter Challenge is loaded with a little bit of everything Trax BBQ has to offer. The platter includes 9 ounces each of smoked brisket, pulled pork, pulled chicken, and hand-stuffed sausage, along with 9 ounces each of coleslaw, mac and cheese, and BBQ baked beans. You’ll also need to finish 6 hush puppies, 4 ounces of pickles, and 2 slices of Texas toast.
