Mi piaceva la mia collega Laura da tre mesi. Every morning she greeted me with a smile that made me lose my words. Ogni mattina mi salutava con un sorriso che mi faceva restare senza parole. I wanted to ask her out, but I was afraid of ruining our friendship. Volevo chiederle di uscire, ma avevo paura di rovinare la nostra amicizia. During lunch I practiced phrases in my head again and again. Durante la pausa pranzo ripetevo frasi nella mia testa più e più volte. That afternoon I told Marta about my problem.
