Managing Unidentified Driver Events
Anytime an ELD registers movement, a driving event is logged. Unidentified Driving Events, or UDEs, occur when the vehicle moves but no driver is signed in to the device, or when multiple drivers are signed in but none are in an On Driver, Personal Conveyance or Yard Moves status. You must accept or reject Unidentified Driver Events in your logs. In this video, we will show you how to accept, reject and undo Unidentified Driving Events from the mobile device.
