Working at height - Sash window frame painting

In this video I’m using rope access to paint some window frames. I had to abseil with the paint as there was no scaffolding at the back of the building. I had a lovely cup of tea on the ropes which one of the residents made me. I was using an external gloss white paint which went on nicely. All the frames were prepped the day before so all I needed to do was give it a wipe down. A short video but I tried to capture everything that one needs to see, as we can all imagine what painting a window is like. My YouTube channel is GrasscutterTV , I post videos on what I get up to.
