HAVE I BEEN RIPPED OFF?! Cohorted Spring feels Beauty Box.. To Be Continued!

I had high expectations from this company, only to find missing items in my box 😞 This is the cohorted spring feels Limited Edition box… price was £45 with a total value of £189 inside… (well supposedly) however mine clearly did not come with that value.. Have I been ripped off? Or just a genuine mistake? We’ll find out! Aside from that, some great products inside, and item added to give away. I hope you all enjoy. Love Kia x UPDATE:- I have received an email back from them, I did not mention the gin missing as I wasn’t too bothered about that, but after investigating they have realised the Mac lipstick is out of stock, and that’s why I didn’t receive it… the fact they sent the box knowingly that the product was out of stock and without hearing from them to inform me of this is quite appalling, however they were more than happy to help and have offered me a substitute (which I’m actually excited about) more excited than the Mac lipstick if I’m honest. They are dispatching it out to me today so should arrive soon. I will show you all on my next video what I received 😊
