The recipe is simple but definitely delicious. I recommend them.... Ingredients: 6 large mushrooms 100g smoked bacon 1 onion a bunch of parsley 1 sprig of lovage (optional) 2 cloves of garlic 120g yellow cheese salt and pepper to taste 1-2 tablespoons of sun-dried tomatoes Preparation: Remove the stems from the mushrooms, chop the stems, and add them to the diced onion. Dice the bacon and fry in a dry pan until golden brown. Then add the onion and mushroom stems, fry until translucent. Add the pressed garlic and sun-dried tomatoes. Fry for a further minute, season with salt and pepper, and let cool. Add the chopped parsley and lovage, along with the grated cheese, to the cooled filling. Mix thoroughly and taste for seasoning (add salt if necessary). Stuff the mushrooms with the prepared filling. Brush the edges of the mushrooms with a little oil to brown them nicely.
