American building in the Philippines.

An American is building a new 310 SQM house in Philippines. This is our bi-weekly update. We've been busy building this house since September 2024, so 18+ months now. Our crew does most everything (no plumbing or elect. We have 2 brothers who are elect and plumbing contractors) I'm an American, and this is my first project in the Philippines. I hope to do more.
