MUST WATCH: GETTING STUCK IN A KONE ECODISC MRL TRACTION ELEVATOR CAUGHT ON CAMERA!!

This is elevator #1 at the Michigan Science Centre in Detroit, MI. When I was coming up from the lower level to finally exit back with my family group, This lift was going up perfectly and the speed was destabilising, then the lift had safety brake, stopping in between the basement and the first floor. Also, I want to apologise for the vocalisations made. I have pressed the emergency phone after attempting to open the doors with the open button. I also called their administrative staff by phone, and they called the fire department. 30 minutes later, the fire department finally shows up along with building administrative staff and elevator maintenance, and they opened the doors!! I had to climb out with the fireman, from the extremely low clearance small space between the first floor and nearly the basement landing doors. I want to give a HUGE THANK YOU to Detroit, Michigan's first responders for rescuing me from the stalled lift. When my mum got stuck in the lift at an undisclosed mosque in Rochester Hills, MI, she was so afraid to press the alarm and/or the emergency phone because she's afraid of the operating costs for repairs that the building has to pay for.
