At Botan-tei, we had 100% buckwheat soba noodles. Wakasugi serves 28% buckwheat soba noodles, but we also thoroughly enjoyed the Ezo venison bowl. The salt sauce is recommended. We are glad we went to Urausu Town! Hokkaido is the number one producer of soba noodles in Japan.
