Running Unit Coal Trains on My N Scale Layout
In this video, I run two unit coal trains, one loaded and one empty, in opposite directions on my N-Scale model railroad. Why are the two coal trains running in opposite directions? Well, quite simply, to simulate the movements of a loaded coal train heading westbound and an empty coal train heading eastbound. A staging yard will help to create the illusion that the trains are coming from somewhere off-layout and are heading to somewhere off-layout. Join me for this fast-paced, exciting video.
