I was invited to a special collaboration dinner between Chef Kirk Westway and Chef Christopher Clarke showcasing refined British cuisine of Albion and Chef Quang Dung presenting modern Vietnamese cuisine from Chapter and Tales by Chapter Restaurant. This was truly a fantastic meal, that combined both cuisines extremely well. All these restaurants are highly recommended and at a price point of 1.8 million ($69 usd) without wine, I think the value is amazing for this quality of food and service.
