Sorry for foreign Nurses who cannot understand my vlog, I did not know that I will have non Filipino Viewers :-). But as a summary in general as a foreign educated Nurse coming to the U.S under an agency is not that fun ( what ever agency it is) that is because of the ties you have with your agency but ofcourse we need their help in order to pursue that US dream. So might as well choose an agency that will guide and help you althroughout the duration of your contract, and thats what I really liked about Avant.
