Police cars responding to a chase in Downtown Chicago

Multiple Chicago Police cars and units responding with siren and lights to a foot pursuit after a car crashed on Lower Wacker Drive in the Loop, Chicago. At approximately 13:00 CDT on Tuesday, April 23, 2019, multiple Chicago Police units were called to a pursuit in progress in the area of Michigan Avenue and Wacker Drive, the Loop in Downtown Chicago. A male was pursued around the complicated over-under-ground network, reported to be holding his side, more cars were requested. Details are limited but later I discovered a car that had crashed on Lower Wacker Drive. You can see the car has four bullet holes in the side. Despite looking for details, I can't find any.
