Yogyakarta Tourism | The Latest Suraloka Zoo Today, Fiona and Kenzo are going to Suraloka Zoo. Suraloka Zoo is the newest zoo in Yogyakarta. It's located in Boyong Village, Kaliurang. Suraloka Zoo's concept is an interactive zoo, so you can see and interact with a variety of animals. The entrance fee is 30,000 rupiah, but you can purchase a pass for 50,000, 100,000, or 150,000 rupiah. Suraloka Zoo opens at 9:00 a.m. If you want a comfortable visit, arrive as early as possible, as it usually gets quite crowded around noon. There are many new animals and attractions at Suraloka Zoo, mostly small primates like Squirel Monkeys, Black Marmosets, and Ted Hand Tamarines. Additionally, the primate section is built on the second and third floors, housing cute animals like meerkats and raccoons, as well as a cat house. An interesting feature is the aquarium in front of the Suraloka Zoo Green House. Suraloka Zoo is even more complete, allowing you to see both land and aquatic animals.
