Qadim - Power Virtuoso Kiter - PUG Guild Wars 2 Raids

If you didn't already know, power mesmer is a bad DPS class here because you don't get the 15% damage mod from Vicious Expression if the target has boons, and Qadim normally does. This build is even more cursed, because I dropped Dueling for Inspiration, to get great sustain from Restorative Illusions and Illusionary Inspiration. You also heal each time you generate a blade using your Signet of the Ether. I stay on dagger/sword while kiting, making sure to use my bladesongs frequently for heals. If doing prot pyre I would use sw4 to boonstrip prot first. I thought it would be worse, but the build can hit 25k DPS per burn phase which honestly isn't terrible. We just greeded on boss in p2 as we phased so quickly in p1 commander decided to skip stab pyre.
