The standard offset jaw model has a 5 9/16" inside jaw spread and a 5 15/16" outside jaw spread. Original Super Stakes with Chain are made with 18" of #2 USA straight link chain. The S-Hook is welded shut. Original Super Stake Ends are bullet point, one-piece, cast, malleable steel stake ends. You can attach your trap to the last link of the chain with a J-Hook and an in-line swivel body. Sterling ST500 In-Line Swivels are top notch all around universal 4-way swivels.
