AC Black Flag Resynced - Where Are Padre's Villagers?

After Padre's quest line, every time you return to Great Inagua, he asks you how his villagers feel about him returning to piracy. It started to bother me, so I searched for information about the question online. Nothing turned up, and a search engine AI-integrated chatbot even hallucinated multiple different answers as to where they were. It turns out, they were there all the time, but I just hadn't seen them while walking around. I thought they'd be at the manor, but they're not! They're at the end of the road where it meets the jungle! So, I reloaded a save, and found them all over again. I recorded the gameplay and uploaded it here. I hope it helps!
