Carthage folks react to 'Bernie' movie
The movie's tagline is "A story so unbelievable it must be true." The film casts a spotlight on East Texas with the likes of Jack Black, Shirley Maclaine and matthew McConaughey playing folks known well by Carthage residents as they run through the events surrounding the 1996 murder of Marjorie Nugent by Bernie Tiede.
