Knitting Diary -22- Many Finished Items / Halo Loop Tee / Kristina Cardigan / Plain Yoke Tee

Welcome back to my knitting diary 🧶 This episode is full of finished objects! At the beginning, my Kristina Cardigan was getting very close to the finish line, while my Plain Yoke Tee 22 still had quite a bit to go. I also spent some time rethinking my yarn choice for the Tuileries Polo — the yarn I originally bought didn’t show the stitch pattern as clearly as I hoped, so after a lot of swatching and planning, I finally decided to cast on the Halo Loop Tee instead. I also spent a weekend back in my hometown with my family, and while I was there, my mum helped knit most of the body of my Plain Yoke Tee — which meant I came back to Shanghai with two finished objects! The Halo Loop Tee also grew so quickly, and I’m really happy with how it turned out. It was especially satisfying to use up some leftover yarn from last year’s project. As for the Kristina Cardigan, the hand-dyed yarn created a slightly different effect on each sleeve, but I do not mind the handmade, unpredictable feeling it gives.
