Heroes of the Storm Can Valeera Counter Samuro?

Valeera is probably the only hero I'd call a true hard counter to Samuro. With Valeera around, Samuro can't do anything in PvP unless she engages first. Even if Samuro goes Bladestorm, Valeera can shut it down by quickly pressing D and silencing him, or by using her Unstoppable ult. In PvE, there's a chance Samuro can get some value, but in this draft, we already had two offlaners on our team, so a PvE focused strategy wasn't an option. So, in this scenario, Samuro had to use his teammates and clones as bait until Valeera finally revealed herself.
