The song "Who's Been Talking" was written by Howlin' Wolf and was first released by Howlin' Wolf in 1960. It was covered by many artists like, Richard Ray Farrell, Alex Taylor, Lucky Peterson, The Robert Cray Band, The Steve Miller Band, Joe Bonamassa and more.. Here is a different but also dynamic version of "Who's Been Talking" by the blues singer Nora Jean Bruso. Nora Jean Bruso, or Elnora Wallace, was born and raised in Greenwood, Mississippi, a town famous for producing a variety of blues and gospel greats. Her father was Bobby Lee Wallace, a blues singer and her mother was Ida Lee Wallace, a gospel singer. In 2002, she recorded her first album, Nora Jean Sings the Blues, and was awarded a "Keeping the Blues Alive" citation by the Black History Association in Chicago. In 2003, Nora Jean released Sings the Blues on the label and the album garnered critical praise from radio programmers around the U.S. and Canada. Fellow blues singer, Koko Taylor once commented, "Nora Jean sounds just like I did when I was her age. She is one of the new upcoming women that's singing the real blues. I know she is going to make it." Bruso was named one of the ten great women in Chicago blues by Chicago's Museum of Science and Industry. She has been nominated various times for a Blues Music Award.
