Review: Manfrotto Magic Arms 143N & 244N Magic Arm - Which is Best?

Manfrotto has two different Magic Arms that essentially do the same thing, but one does it better than the other. Or does it? The 143N has a lever that locks things in place with one swift turn while the 244N uses a knob - it takes longer to lock things in place, but is much more precise. Both can carry a load of 6.6lbs (3kg).
