Q & A Video - 15/8? Gyroscope - The Dismemberment Plan (what time signature?)

In this video, I'll be trying to figure out the time signature for 'Gyroscope' by The Dismemberment Plan. Thanks to James Tomasino for spawning this video. I think I have it... but, if anyone wants to chime in and comment, please do. Let's start a discussion on this incredibly wacky tune. :) Note: the chorus is actually 4/4, 7/8 - 4/4, 7/8 - 4/4, 4/4 - 4/4, 4/4. I think I may have not made that clear enough in the video.
