"And it was a wonderful gentle St. Vincent who turned up in the woods to treat you to a song. She had in fact just met his hero Jack White. As she tried not to stare at the superstar, he came up to her, took her hand and said 'Hi, my name is Jack. I loooove your music.' The day was no less surreal for St. Vincent when she was performing an unpowered version of "Human Racing" in the woods behind the tent scene for Soundworks."
