Iu Mien - "Journey to the Core" by Wildflowers Institute and LIMCA in 2008

Journey to the Core: Wildflowers Institute in San Francisco and the Lao Iu Mien Culture Association (LIMCA) captured the story of how the IU MIEN community drew on its culture, adapted to America, and improved social health over the last twenty-five years. Dr. Hanmin Liu, President/Founder of Wildflowers Institute, wrote, "This documentary reflects how the Lao Iu Mien people in the San Francisco Bay Area built their community, in the their own words...Wildflowers Institute learned that as the Iu Mien came together, three cultural strategies emerged from their tradition".
