Ingredients: • 1 cup of water • 4 tablespoons of oats • 1 tablespoon of peanut butter • 2 tablespoon of honey • 1 banana Start by boiling water (or milk if you prefer). I’m using 1 cup of water. Once it starts boiling, add 4 tablespoons of oats. The mixture will be thin at first, but it thickens as it cooks. When fully cooked, remove it from the stove and transfer to a serving bowl. Now add 1 tablespoon of peanut butter and 1 tablespoon of honey, then mix well. Top it with your favorite fruits—here I’m adding cubed banana—and drizzle 1 more tablespoon of honey on top. You can add more if you like. That’s it! Quick, easy, and ready to enjoy."
