NEUROSYMPOSIUM 2017, Odessa, September 12-14, 2017 Vitalii Lisnik Dr. Vitaly Lisnik, Professor of Neurology in the Department of Neurology at the Nicolae Testemitanu State University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Chisinau, Republic of Moldova, and Consultant in the Department of Neuromuscular Diseases at the Institute of Neurology and Neurosurgery in Chisinau. Dr. Lisnik graduated with honors from the Faculty of General Medicine at the Chisinau State Medical Institute. He completed an internship in neurology and neurophysiology at Moscow, Russian Federation; the University of Pilsen, Czech Republic; Landeservenklinik Salzburg, Austria; Emory University, Atlanta, USA; the University of Vienna, Austria; and the National Institute of Neurology, Queen's Square, London, UK. Dr. Lisnic is the President of the Society of Neurologists of the Republic of Moldova, a member of the Education Committee of the European Academy of Neurology (EAN), a member of the steering group of the scientific committees on neuropathies, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, and frontotemporal dementia of the EAN, clinical support for the e-brain e-learning program, and a delegate from the Republic of Moldova to the World Federation of Neurology and the European Academy of Neurology. Dr. Lisnic is a member of the American Academy of Neurology, the Movement Disorders Association, the European Stroke Association, and the Romanian Association of Electrodiagnostic Neurophysiology. Vitaly Lesny is the author of two monographs and over 150 scientific publications in Moldovan and international biomedical journals.
