You’re not alone! From duplicate heroes to star levels, skills, and element types, the mechanics can be overwhelming—especially for new players. In this Palmon Survival hero guide, we at Meta Instincts break everything down into simple, clear tips to help you optimize your team, upgrade efficiently, and get the most out of your Palmon squad. Unlike most games where pulling duplicate heroes turns them into fragments, Palmon Survival lets you own multiple copies of the same Palmon. Each copy is treated as an independent unit with its own level and upgrades. Want two strong Ninjumps in different squads? You can do that—but you’ll need to level them up separately. Not keeping extra copies? Dismiss them for Palmon Tokens and gifts, or enable Auto Dismiss to simplify your roster management. Palmon come in three rarities: UR (Orange), SSR (Purple), and SR (Blue). UR heroes have the highest base attributes and Combat Power (CP), making them vital in PvP and late-game content. But don’t ignore SSR heroes—they’re great for early and mid-game squads, especially when UR units are hard to obtain. Each Palmon has one of four elemental types: Water, Fire, Earth, or Electric. These types follow a counter system: Water is strong against Fire Fire is strong against Earth Earth is strong against Electric Electric is strong against Water Taking advantage of type counters gives a 25% damage boost, so always plan your lineup based on enemy composition. Once the central city unlocks, elemental synergy also boosts your squad’s battle power through lineup bonuses. Your Palmon’s progression consists of two key systems: Basic Level, which is increased using Palmon XP and capped by your Camp Level Star Level, which requires Palmon Tokens (from dismissing duplicates) or Omni-Tokens for ascension Raising your star level not only boosts your Palmon’s stats but also unlocks their fourth skill: a powerful passive that enhances Attack, Defense, or HP. Each skill can be upgraded to level 30 (except the passive), using Skillfruit that matches the Palmon’s rarity. Each Palmon has four skills: Basic Attack (used every round) Rage Skill (unleashes when the rage bar is full) Utility Skill, which either helps in battle (like Squeezel or Snowkami) or boosts productivity (like Maximito or Rotorlotor) Passive Skill, unlocked at 4 stars, for attribute boosts Want to speed up construction?
