Thank You. There are about 7 stages in the tire manufacturing process. For car tires need about 10-11 compounds, while for truck tires need about 20 to more components as a mixture of basic materials such as rubber and steel. The first stage in the manufacture of tires is the selection of raw materials which are checked in layers, the second is entering the bunbury stage, which is the stage for making tire compounds. After Bunbury, it enters the third stage, namely tire semi-manufacturing. Here, we will make the tire parts, such as the tire wall, tire tread, inner liner, bead, body ply (compound-coated thread), and the big ring connecting the rim to the tire. The fourth stage is tire building. At this stage enter into the merging or assembly of tire parts. From here it will produce raw tires called green tires. The fifth stage is curing building. This stage is to cook raw tires into mature tires, by giving a groove or tire development and the tire hardening process. at the final stage or finishing is quality control (QC). Here the tires will be trimmed from the remnants of the production and then checked and ensured that there are no errors.
