Bhagavad-gītā 4.11 — how everyone approaches Kṛṣṇa, directly or indirectly, and how the Lord reciprocates accordingly. In this lecture, Śrīla Prabhupāda explains that all living beings are ultimately searching for the all-attractive Supreme Person, Kṛṣṇa, though many are misled by indirect paths. He discusses the soul’s presence within the body, the real basis of attraction and affection, and why all love ultimately rests in Kṛṣṇa. Śrīla Prabhupāda also explores the gradations of realization of the Absolute Truth—Brahman, Paramātmā, and Bhagavān—citing Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam and Bhagavad-gītā. Using the example of the sun, sunshine, and the sun-god, he shows how impersonal, localized, and personal realizations all refer to the same Absolute Reality seen from different angles. The lecture further touches on Goloka Vṛndāvana, Kṛṣṇa’s personal abode, and the personal nature of God as described in Vedic literature.
