A sunny facade, a long pool that literally touches the window, and a very well-thought-out layout: this is the essence of this Alta Arquitectura home in Punta Tiburón. Today we explore a contemporary house built on a plot of land 11.70 meters wide by approximately 20 meters deep, where the design responds to the climate, the sun's orientation, and the need to create spacious, elegant, and highly functional areas. From the entrance, the house reveals a sober composition of whites, dark grays, and quarry stone, a mix that is repeated throughout the project and gives it a strong identity. The facade receives intense sunlight, so the architects used corbels and vertical windows to control the amount of light entering the house.
