Some people are allergic to them, so please check if you have any allergies before trying it! I really recommend the sandwich! The wild aroma and the gentle bitterness of the dandelion leaves went very well with the tuna sandwich! (But my daughter said it would have tasted even better without the dandelion... lol) The dandelion lemon marshmallows were also very good😋. It's good to add the sugar to the blended gelatin about a minute before the sugar is cooked down and turns to candy.
