Pushpa, the senior-most head constable, struggles to juggle her household responsibilities with the demands of her duty. Karishma, the tough Sub Inspector, believes in action over words but is forced to adapt to the station’s soft, reconciliation-based approach to solving cases. Santosh Sharma, a fresh recruit, is a simple, lonely girl trying to find her place in the bustling city. Leading them all is SHO Haseena Mallik—smart, witty, romantic, and a leader who believes in compassion over force. Together, they face everyday cases with sensitivity, humor, and an unconventional style of policing, making each case both entertaining and heartwarming.
