FIRST MONTH WITH GERBILS | first struggles

hi everyone :) It's time for a new update. Sorry it took me so long :) ❗One thing I want to mention (also covered in the video) is that Rey’s nose started losing some fur this past month, which really worried me. I reached out to some Facebook groups and my breeder for advice, and I’ve been keeping a close eye on it. Now that Brie is showing similar signs of irritation on her nose (you can see it in the very last clip of this video), I suspect the wood shavings in their bedding might be causing it. I’ll be changing the bedding soon to see if that helps. I am a bit hesitant to do it immediately, since I don’t want to disrupt their space and risk any squabbles, so if you have advice on how to go about it smoothly, please drop a comment!
