These might be just a few comments one may have within their inner dialog while setting up at a gig. This is where the conversation of a wet/dry rig starts popping up. Separate the dry and wet signals for more note articulation and better control at FOH. Traditionally, this was done with two amps- one dry and one wet and later three- one for dry and two for stereo wet. A digital ecosystem (especially the Fractal Axe-FX III) makes routing signals this way a breeze and we can even go one step further- Wet Dry Dry Wet, where wet effects are still stereo and two dry amps can either be blended mono or spread wide for stereo dry.
