A WALK AROUND GYM then BREAKFAST AT ITALIANO ON THE SEAFRONT at the Concorde El Salam Hotel , Egypt

Today Guy's Iv'e woken up early to take you up to see the Gym and Spa at Concorde el Salam and the I walk back down the hill to the Italiano Restaurant to have a quick breakfast of a couple of small Omlettes and a coffee. There's not as much selection in this restaurant as the Main International one in the main building , but it makes a change to enjoy your meal over looking the sea. Once finished here I make my way down to the beach area to show you what it's like. The water is so clear you can actually see the different coloured fish in the sea.
