Shredded honey chilli chicken

Quick, easy, and absolutely delicious! Ingredients:- Season 2 shredded chicken breasts with salt & ground white pepper to taste. coat the chicken breast with half of a beaten egg. fully coat the chicken breast with corn flour - use approx 1.5 cups of corn flour , ensuring chicken is fully coated , add more if necessary. Deep fat fry the chicken strips in oil heated to 175 degrees centigrade for 4 monites , remove and allow to drain on a wire rack or seive. For the sauce :- To a bowl add:- -14 Tbsp tomato’s ketchup -4 Tbsp seeet Chilli sauce 6 Tbsp godlen syrup -3 Tbsp brown sugar 1 tsp corn flour -6 Tbsp cold water Mix well set to side To a hot wok add:- 2 x tbsp vegetable oil 1 x red bell peoper diced 1 x onion diced Cook for 1 minute add chicken -add sauce add 1 finely sliced red chilli Toss veg & chicken in sauce to fully coat bring to the boil Finish of worhba splash of shaoxing wine And serve Thank you for watching my video , please gige a thumbs up and share.
