HOW TO MAKE YOUR OWN KNOBS, REINVENT YOUR DRESSER! Jeweled Knobs: Things you will need: -any color clay, about one ounce. -a sharp knife or exactor knife -rust-oleum gold spray paint machine screws 8-32 1 inch 8-32 screw anchors STEP 1 : Insert your screw into anchor about half way (going past anchor about ¼ of an inch) Roll your clay into a ball and insert the anchor into clay as shown. Make an oval shape. Repeat Put in freezer for 20 minutes Cut jagged edges onto your clay Put in oven at 275 degrees for 15 minutes per ¼ inch ( about 1 and a half hours) Allow to cool completely Remove screw and spraypaint . turn over and spray paint other side. Allow to dry at keast 2 hours.
