The Elbphilharmonie feels omnipresent here, and the view of the Elbe and the harbor is undoubtedly breathtaking. But behind the spectacular facade, the premium image is crumbling badly! As I discovered on-site, the exclusive Club Lounge for status guests and premium bookers has been completely eliminated. Service has been noticeably reduced, while room rates remain astronomically high. Whether this special moment on the Elbe is still worthwhile for Marriott Bonvoy members despite the service cuts, or whether you're just paying for the name, I'll show you the unvarnished truth in this video.
