How to make Arepas after cleaning the yard all morning.
Yard work is exhilarating yet enjoyable for me. I can spend the entire day and night outside cleaning and chipping and clearing and planting. However some rumbling tummies called me inside to make lunch. It was a late lunch and early dinner. Hot steamy cornmeal Arepas were perfect with tuna and cheese paste. I love making these.
