This reverse chest slide tutorial is a little different because I don't exactly recommend this move in your performances. However, this chest slide is more of a bellydance practice drill. The reverse chest slide is not a really a move into itself but it is a move that can make a lot of your upper body dance moves seem bigger. The reverse chest slide is a technique where you sink your chest back, moving slightly out of your neutural belly dance position. This is a great move to practice regularly and build your upper body flexibility. Use this reverse chest slide or any other chest slide variation to layer on top of any shimmy or hip slide to get multi-dimensional dance movements.
