FULL MAKE-READY and fast run / 1.1 Million Cartons - Bobst Expertfold - folder gluer

This is for newer operators and for those who are curious. Just a simple straight-line, but I filmed it for 2 reasons... I wanted to illustrate to newer operators how planning ahead and attention to detail can lead to a care-free run, and also because I had a few hours before die-cutting would have enough material for me to run. Although my usual M/R time is much quicker on something this simple, filming slowed me down a bit and I also wanted to go a bit slower to allow time to explain a few things in the video when editing. Also of note, the Cartonpack was already set up before I decided to film... sorry for that. However, I have a few videos and shorts showing this carton running on the Cartonpack.
