Today's workout is Day 6 of our ATEEZ : BE THE LIGHT CHALLENGE. This style of exercise is a 8,000 STEPS Cardio To The Beat Workout! We will begin with a warmup and work our way up to a cardio peak around 36 minutes in. We will then take the intensity down a bit and work our way back up until the end and close with a cool down and mat stretch. You will be challenged and sweating for sure!
