Spinach and Potato Bake

Spinach and potato baked Ingredients : For the white sauce layer Ingredients:— Butter 2 tsp Milk 1 1/2 cup Whole wheat flour 1 TBSP OR All-purpose flour 1 TBSP Cheese 1/4 cup Black pepper 1 tsp Red chilli flakes optional Method:— Heat the pan, add butter when it starts melting add wheat flour / all-purpose flour .stir it continuously till the raw smell disappears on slow flame. Now gradually add cold milk and keep stirring it. When the milk thickens add cheese, salt, black pepper, and other seasonings of your liking. Set aside. For the potato layer Boiled potatoes .. 4 to 5 coarsely mashed Salt 1 tsp Butter room temperature…. 2 tsp Black pepper.. 1 tsp Crumbled cottage cheese.. 1/2 cup Cheddar and mozzarella Cheese mixed .. 1/2 cup American mustard sauce .. 1 tsp Lemon juice .. 1 1/2 tsp Method:— Boil potatoes and coarsely mash them. Now add salt, melted butter, black pepper, lemon juice, mustard sauce, cottage cheese, and mozzarella cheese and mix well. Set aside. For the spinach layer:— Spinach .. 500 gms washed, blanched and coarsely ground 1/2 tsp cooking soda Crumbled cottage cheese… 250 gms Onion… 1 grated Onion.. 1 chopped Vinegar.. 1 1/2 tsp Chilli sauce .. 2tsp Tomato sauce 2-3 tsp Salt .. 1 tsp or acc to taste White sauce .. 2 tbsp Method:— Wash, blanch, and coarsely ground spinach. Take a bowl add spinach Add crumbled cottage cheese. Now add grated onion and chopped onion Add chili sauce Add tomato sauce, salt, vinegar Add white sauce and all seasoning. Mix everything well Put everything together Grease the baking dish First spread the potato layer and spread white sauce evenly all over and sprinkle cheese all over Put onion rings and pineapple pieces (optional) all over. Now spread spinach layer evenly Spread white sauce all over. Now spread cream. Now put onion rings and pineapple pieces Add cheese and decorate it with tomato sauce and chilli sauce. Preheat the oven at 180 Celsius and bake it for 30 to 40 minutes
