Cop drops judge's husband's DUI charge days after two judges question his bosses and the sheriff
UNDER THE INFLUENCE: A city cop dismisses a judge's husband's DUI charge days after a pair of Marlboro County judges question cops over the traffic stop and arrest. The chief asked SLED to open a misconduct investigation. SLED did, but decided nothing happened after interviewing only one of the 10 people involved in this case. SLED Chief Mark Keel called his agents' work a "thorough investigation."
