Join our community on Facebook:   / 330122425543661   Polish Potato Pancakes: 1.5lbs (3 large) Russet Potatoes 1 large onion 2-3 tablespoons all purpose flour 1 egg ½ teaspoon salt Freshly ground black pepper 1. Peel the potatoes and onion 2. You can use a fine grater to grate the potatoes and onion OR use a food processor or blender to almost puree them. Your choice. Decide on your method of grating and proceed 3. In a large mixing bowl, combine potato and onion puree, egg, 2 tablespoons flour, salt & pepper. Add additional flour if the mix is too wet. 4. In a large frying pan, coat the bottom with canola oil and heat over medium-high heat. 5. Using a spoon, drop batter in the pan one spoonful per pancake. Use the back of the spoon to flatten each pancake. 6. Fry 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown. 7. Remove from pan and drain on wire rack or paper towel for a minute. 8. Serve with applesauce, sour cream, or whatever your little heart desires! 9. Enjoy! Bone apple yeet!
